What is FaceTite and NeckTite?

FaceTite and NeckTite are performed using computer-controlled radiofrequency energy, which targets subcutaneous skin and tissue, resulting in a tighter and more youthful appearance. This procedure is superior to other available non-surgical minimally invasive options as it can tighten the skin in the lower part of the face by treating both aspects—from underneath and across the skin's surface. Radiofrequency energy is delivered through tiny incisions under the jawline, leading to skin tightening through the fibro septal network contraction throughout the face and neck. FaceTite and NeckTite may be combined with additional in-office facial and neck treatments, such as radiofrequency microneedling (Embrace RF), CO2 laser skin resurfacing, and micro-liposuction.

Your private consultation with Dr. Moses

The path toward achieving your aesthetic goals begins with your initial private consultation with Dr. Moses. You will talk to her about the results you envision, your medical history, and your lifestyle to determine if the FaceTite or NeckTite procedures suit you.

The FaceTite and NeckTite procedure

These procedures are both minimally invasive. Once you arrive for your appointment, you will only require local anesthesia to reduce potential pain and discomfort. Some patients may or may not drive themselves home following the procedure and this decision is made on an individualized basis.

Recovery after FaceTite or NeckTite treatments

After a FaceTite or NeckTite procedure, some swelling and bruising may take up to two weeks to resolve. Patients can resume work in a couple of days, and you can usually address any lingering pain with ibuprofen.

48 hours after the procedure:

You should cleanse the treated areas with mild soap and water after 48 hours. Avoid rubbing the treated areas. A soft diet is usually recommended within the first 48 hours.

72 hours after the procedure:

After 72 hours, you can apply makeup to conceal any remaining bruising or redness. However, try to avoid any areas that are still healing.

2 weeks after the procedure:

Although it is recommended that you engage in light physical activities, such as walking, it is essential to avoid any strenuous activities. You should also avoid exposure to UV light and excessive heat for two weeks.

Follow-up care after FaceTite and NeckTite

Given the small size of the incisions, you will not need any stitches. However, you will require dressings, which you should leave on for the first day. Afterward, you can begin wearing your head support bandage for 2 to 4 weeks. Within the first 48 to 72 hours, keeping your head slightly elevated while you sleep is also essential.

Results

FaceTite and NeckTite work quickly within 3 to 4 months after treatment. Most patients see 70% of the results within six weeks. The best results of this contouring procedure are seen after six months and can potentially last up to 5 years. For the best and most extended results, it is essential to make healthy choices:

  • Use sunscreen daily
  • Follow a regular skincare routine
  • Stay hydrated
  • Eat a healthy diet
